At MarvelouSkin, we handcraft our natural tallow soap in small batches and carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely and fresh.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
We offer:

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – USPS First Class or Priority Mail

• Free Shipping automatically applies when available during promotions or special offers

Order Packaging

Each 3-pack weighs approximately 11 oz and is shipped in a protective mailer or box to prevent damage.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
MarvelouSkin is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses, but we will always do our best to help resolve shipping issues.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours at:
